We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive for a well established, innovative client that provides safety products for the Electronic Industry!
This is a full time, career opportunity that will allow the right candidate to grow and expand within the company!
This opportunity requires great attention to detail, excellent customer service, data entry and CRM experience, and is ideal for anyone that wants to learn and be involved in all aspects of the business!
You will be responsible for responding to customer enquiries and assisting sales development. This includes supporting field sales, technical teams, order entry, prospecting, building customer relationships, and assist the warehouse team when required with light order picking.
Previous experience with the following programs is an asset:
– Microsoft Navision
– CRM
– Microsoft Office programs
