Collection Officer NEW

Our client in London is a Canadian owned and operated company specializing in all aspects of commercial and consumer accounts receivable management. They are in the process of expanding their operations and requires motivated individuals for the Collection Division.

We are looking for collections officers in London. This is a direct hire opportunity – that means you will be on our client’s payroll from day 1! Let us connect you with a great career opportunity!

The location is bus accessible.
Pay rate is $20 per hour with bonus opportunities!

Duties include:
– The collection of legal and non- legal debtor contacts
– Client contact via phone and e-mail
– Preparation of files for legal action
– Processing of payments
– Claims solicitation
– Locating debtors

Requirements
– High School diploma
– Excellent communication skills
– Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
– Able to work in a fast paced environment
– Being bilingual: fluent in French and English is a strong asset but not required

Experience in collections or accounts receivable is preferred but not required
