Carpentry Architectural Estimator

Do you have Carpentry Estimator industry experience? Look no further we have the position for you!

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00AM to 4:30PM

Position Responsibilities:
-Estimating Architectural projects, include performing take-offs and detailed analysis for quotations
-Obtain quotes from suppliers and installers–Use internal and external resources to obtain accurate material prices.
-Combine all material, production, shipping and other associated costs in order to calculate a final proposed bid for the client.
-Respond accurately to clients questions about scope of work.
-Bid acceptance, attend required internal meeting to ensure complete transfer of information.
-Blueprint reading and understanding all construction documents and standards related to the finish carpentry industry
