Our client is a medical supply company in Burlington who have been in business for over 30 years! They are looking for an Office Administrator/Bookkeeper to fill a one-year contract (with potential to continue after the one year).
This position will have limited supervision, so experience is a must.
Bookkeeping Duties will include:
-Full cycle, year-end books
-Accounts Payable and Receivable (must have experience with an accounting software such as Sage BusinessVisions, NetSuite or Spire
Office Admin Duties will include:
– Provide receptionist and clerical support to staff, and customers and suppliers visiting the facility.
– Managing the phones, voicemails, emails, and appointment schedules.
– Maintaining the filing/record systems, creating/preparing & sending reports, documents & spreadsheets as needed.
– Filing of paper documents and online files
$19-$22 per hour
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
