Join a third party contact center outsourcer providing solutions to major businesses since 1992. Client companies include market leaders in Financial, Utilities and Business Services.
This will be work from home for the first 6 months, and possibly moving to hybrid or in office after that time.
What do you bring & what tech do you need?
– LLQP (Must Already have license or in process of getting licensed)
– excellent communication in French and English, both verbal and written
– strong computer skills as you will be using several computer programs
– previous bilingual customer service experience
