Bilingual French Customer Service Specialist

Our client is a third party contact centre outsourcer providing solutions to major businesses since 1992. We pride ourselves on our people and the close working relationships we have with long standing clients, market leaders in Financial, Utilities and Business Services. We’ve established a sterling reputation in our industry as the call centre of choice by acting as a seamless extension of our client’s and their business.

You will be providing a wide range of inbound customer service.
-Key responsibilities including but not limited to,
-account maintenance,
-product presentation,
-filing claims while maintaining superior customer service experience.

Customer inquiries could include:
-resetting password
-inquiry about what coverage they have
-how to make a payment
-what is their payment amount
-how to make a claim.

Requirements:
excellent communication in French and English
excellent communication skills (you will be using several computer programs)
previous customer service experience.
must be able to work 100% in office.
