This is the perfect job for those that like to help others! You will be receiving inbound calls to help your follow Canadians pay their bills and navigate the banking website. When making outbound calls you will be following a script with a gentle reminder for clients to use their online banking to make billing payments. This is a temp to hire role with a lot of opportunities to grow and advance!
Our perfect person has:
– The ability to read, write, and speak both French and English
– Call centre experience preferred
– Customer service experience required
– Excellent communication and computer skills
– Can pass a criminal record check
You will be scheduled for 5 eight out shifts per week scheduled between 8am-10pm Mon-Sun.
The pay rate for this position starts at $18/hour and we pay weekly every Friday by cheque or direct deposit! Ask about our Quick Start Pay Program and learn how to get your 1st day’s pay after your 2nd shift!
