You will be providing a wide range of inbound customer service.
-Key responsibilities including but not limited to,
-filing claims while maintaining superior customer service experience.
Customer inquiries could include:
-inquiry about what coverage they have
-how to make a payment
-what is their payment amount
-how to make a claim.
excellent communication in French and English
excellent communication skills (you will be using several computer programs)
previous customer service experience.
