Our established client who specializes in Janitorial Services is seeking to hire a Bilingual Account and Operations Supervisor on a permanent basis to contribute to their growing business in Quebec.
The Bilingual Account and Operations Supervisor will focus in the regions of Trois-Rivières in Québec.
Highlight of Main Responsibilities:
-Must maintain a reliable vehicle and driver’s license; must have a good driving record with no major offenses
-Leadership experience with direct reports
-General understanding of financial principles, including budgeting and profitability
-Strong delegation skills with the ability to motivate and resolve employee issues
-Excellent customer relations and problem solving skills
-Demonstrated dependability with the ability to work flexible hours, and travel
-Excellent written and oral communication skills
-Experienced in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
What we offer:
-Annual salary in between $55,000-65,000
-Benefits and paid vacation after 3 months
-Vehicle allowance or Company Vehicle
-Yearly bonus based on KPIs
-Iphone, Ipad and laptop will be provided by the company
This role requires approximately 80% travel locally (daily travel within local city/area) and up to 10% travel within larger region.
Hours are Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm with required flexibility to respond to the needs of the business which could include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
