Assistant Store Keyholder – Retail NEW

We have an immediate openings for an assistant to the store manager in Bradford! You would be a great fit for this position have a background in retail, have sales expertise, enjoy a smaller company atmosphere where your contributions will have tangible impacts!

You will be supporting the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the retail footwear store which includes: recruiting, training, scheduling, and facilitating. We are looking for someone who can achieve sales targets, manage inventory, and assist with visual merchandising while providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:
– Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
– Minimum of 2 years of retail sales or supervisor experience, preferably in footwear
– Proficient in Microsoft Office
– Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
– Comfortable climbing ladders and performing tasks that require physical exertion
