Admin/Office Coordinator
A growing PPE company in Burlington, is looking for a personable, friendly, and excellence focused office person.
You will be the first person of contact on the phone and in person.
– Reception
– admin duties ie generating reports, creating documents, emails, filing
– developing and maintaining social media platforms
– preparing back up for invoices and creating invoices
– entering invoices into the system
– other duties as assigned
