Administrative Assistant/Book-Keeper- $20 to 30 per hour
What’s the job?
– Invoice entry on QuickBooks Desktop. Processing invoices and invoice corrections to ensure they balance customer orders
– Full Cycle accounting and data entry using Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks
– Assisting with customer inquires and engaging customers with the highest level of customer service
– Working with a growing property management company in Burlington, in a Hybrid position.
– Miscellaneous office duties as assigned

What do you bring to the table?
– 2+ years experience in administration is desired.
– 2+ years with full cycle accounting is desired.
– 2+ years experience with Quickbooks Desktop is desired
– Proficient in Microsoft office including excel and PDF editor is preferred.
– Willingness to work a hybrid model, 2 days at home, 3 days in office
