Our client in North York who specializes in the Accounting Services industry is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant for a duration of 2-3 months.
This is a full-time opportunity, in-person at the office, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. The ideal candidate must be a quick learner and have strong communication skills.
Key responsibilities:
-Perform a variety of administrative and clerical office support activities such as data entry, filing/e-fling, following up with bills etc.
-Organize word processors, files, scans and faxes
-Answering phone calls, emails, and providing front desk/receptionist assistance
-Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Related Administrative experience is preferred
-Experience using CaseWare would be a strong asset
-Willingness and ability to learn quickly
-Strong MS Office proficiency; attention to detail and accuracy
-Strong work ethic and is reliable
-Availability to work 8 hours a day between 9am to 5:00pm
-Ability to travel to North York; parking is provided on site at no additional cost
