We are seeking a motivated Account Manager to join our team, covering the Ottawa and Montreal regions. This fully remote position involves maintaining and documenting customer relationships, ensuring timely delivery of solutions, and driving the sales process from contact to completion. Responsibilities:
– Maintain and document relationships with accounts in CRM; track customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Score.
– Serve as the primary point of contact, building long-term relationships with key customers.
– Assist customers through various communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
– Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
– Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions based on customer needs.
– Drive the sales process from contact to completion, monitoring opportunities in CRM.
– Collaborate with sales teams to onboard new clients and enhance existing relationships.
Qualifications:
– Must be bilingual in French and English.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in customer relationship management or sales.
– Experience in the cabinet and hardware industry is a plus.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in CRM software and data analysis.
