$25/HR – Auto CAD and CNC Programmer

We are looking for an individual who has experience / knowledge with Auto CAD and CNC programming for our client in New Westminster.

** We are looking for the right candidate who is neat, detail oriented and organized. **

Job Details:
– Ensuring that sales orders are programmed according to timelines / scheduling
– Reading the contract review and following any special instructions
– Filling out the ASME requests for operator’s reference
– Confirming all provided CAD files for dimensions and material
– Confirming all drawn CAD files with the sales representative
– Confirming materials (thickness and grade) availability
– Ensuring that cut files and nests are programmed in an appropriate manner
– Cut files are to be reviewed and qualified before cutting
– Confirm part dimensions before cutting parts
– Confirm part quantities before posting to the machines
– Allocating material for the job when applicable
– Reference drawings must be provided for all cut files that are irregular in nature
– Troubleshooting CAD files and CNC programming
– Reading and understanding blueprints and mechanical drawings
– Assisting all Sales Representatives with any CAD work / quoting they require

This position is paying $25/hour paid weekly every Friday by cheque or direct deposit. Get hired-on by this client after 3 months!
