As a Bilingual LLQP agent you will get top notch paid training, access to a discount membership site, and a health spending account after 3 months.
Training schedule will be Monday to Friday 7:30am-4:30pm for 6 weeks. After training you will switch to 9am-5pm Monday to Friday for this project.
Hours of operation are between 8am-9pm Mon-Sat so some future flexibility is preferred in case of project changes.
Join a third party contact centre outsourcer providing solutions to major businesses since 1992. Client companies include market leaders in Financial, Utilities and Business Services.
What do you bring & what tech do you need?
– LLQP or AMF certification (Must Already have license or in process of getting licensed)
– excellent communication in French and English, both verbal and written
– strong computer skills as you will be using several computer programs
– previous bilingual customer service experience
Tech requirements: must have windows 10 laptop, USB headset (one can be provided if needed) stable internet connection (i.e., how many people are using it?) & cell phone with unlimited long-distance and data.
