We are hiring an administrative maintenance coordinator for a large Property Management company and has been specializing exclusively in the management of condominiums since 1992.

Pay rate:
– $19-23/hour
– Based on experience
– Wage review after the first 3 months
Duties include:
– Assist property managers with client portfolio maintenance
– Updating client/office files such as Status Certificate Files, RFS files, unit file, Board minutes etc.
– Client file management
– Work order management and issuing site inspection letters / quote requests
– Prepare Board packages, record meeting minutes, and general communications
Location:
– Ilderton, ON
Requirements:
– Previous experience with condominium/building administration an asset
– Customer service experience
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Critical thinking with responsive problem-solving capabilities
– G2 license and vehicle ownership
