We’re hiring a Part time Receptionist/Admin Support to work for our client, a company in Hamilton that creates Memorials; this company honors the tradition of remembering and paying tribute to a loved one.
You’ll be an important first point of contact for customers; your care, friendliness and empathy will serve as the face of the company for customers during a very difficult time in their lives.
If you have pervious administrative experience and love using tact and compassion when working with people, this could be the role for you!
Pay starts from $18/hr; we pay weekly each Friday!
This is a part-time, temp-to-hire position with 1-3 days per week.
You will be assisting your team with a variety of duties including:
Cash flow control
General light cleaning (dusting, wiping down surfaces etc.)
Research & Marketing
Suitable candidates will be confident with MS Office (Excel and Word), and comfortable using the internet and email. Candidates would also require double vaccination to be considered for this role.
