$18/HR French Bilingual Customer Service – Remote

As a direct-hire employee, you will be providing customer service and sales support for a large telecommunications company. To be considered for this position, you must have customer service or call center experience, be fluent in both French and English, have your computer that will be provided to you hard-wired to the internet, and be able to work full-time (40 hours per week) on SIN. You will work 8 to 9.5 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week.

As a customer service representative, your duties will include communicating with customers through inbound calls, identifying customer needs through active listening, taking payments, explaining charges, and helping customers navigate self-serve options. You will also use multiple computer systems to research products, services, and common problems and solutions, as well as document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in the appropriate tool or system.
