This is a temporary to hire opportunity! Once hired directly you will be eligible for:

The pay rate for this position is $18/hour.
You will be the first point of contact for customers and will handle the customer service requests from creation to completion. You will be managing the phone queues for both inbound and outbound callers. Your job is to leave the customers with a good impression of the company with assurance that they will be looked after.
We are looking for someone that has a secondary school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience and experience with a current ERP system is required. All applicants must have intermediate computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office, and the ability to type a minimum of 50 words per minute. Excellent English communication (verbal and written) is a key requirement for this job.
