Hiring a part time Receptionist/Admin Support for our client, a Memorial manufacturer that has been serving the community for over 75 years!
Our client provides each family the opportunity to select and personalize a unique memorial of everlasting beauty that will truly reflect the personality and lifestyle of the person it honours.
All memorials are engraved onsite, using the highest quality granite from around the world. This is a very unique part time, temp-to-hire role!
Pay starts at $18/hr; you will be working 1-3 days a week from 9am-5pm. We pay weekly each Friday!
You will be speaking with customers via phone or in-person, so our ideal candidate needs to be personable, friendly and empathetic as this is a very sensitive and difficult time for customers.
As Reception/Admin Support, you will be assisting with:
Filing & Data Entry
Cash flow control
Sales tracking & POS/Payments
General light cleaning (dusting, wiping down surfaces etc.)
Research & Marketing
– You must be confident with MS Office (Excel and Word) and comfortable using the internet and email.
– Some previous reception/administrative experience is a requirement for this role.
