Now hiring a Dispatcher/Customer Service Coordinator - This is a full-time, direct hire position
Our client provides sales, installation and service of reliable and durable access control and security systems for parking equipment, revenue control, sliding and swing gates, access control, and physical and electronic security.
As a Dispatcher/Customer Service Coordinator, you will be:
Dispatching Field Service Technicians
Answering clients questions and finding solutions
Managing client accounts
Answering phone lines and greeting customers
What it takes to be the ideal candidate:
A diploma or certificate in a related field or a high school diploma
2+ years experience as Dispatcher or related Customer Service position
An aptitude for learning and curiosity new techniques and technology
Proven ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Intermediate to advanced computer skills
