Requirements

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

 Ideally, management and experience in a recruiting/staffing company or similar environment, to insure prompt and professional service that exceeds expectations.

 Growing relationships with our customer base and building market share and revenue through leading solutions in the area of recruiting, sales and customer service excellence.

 A positive, problem solving, 'can-do' approach to customer service and managing teams.
Experience and willingness to engage in business development activities, such as researching, identifying & qualifying potential client companies who use a temporary or seasonal workforce.

Experience: 3-5 years' experience managing team of over 5 staff members in staffing industry
