- Booking appointments
- Greeting clients at the front desk
- Some cash handling may be involved
- Answering multi-line phone system and transferring accordingly
- Filing and data entry
- Other duties as assigned
- 1+ years of customer service or reception experience
- High School diploma
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Outstanding work ethic, punctuality and dependability; and
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
