Having this information readily available can help speed along the application process, and ensure that you’re ready in case a potential employer contacts you.
3. THE RIGHT TOOLS
Before you get settled and comfortable, there are a few things you should keep on-hand during your job search. These can include:

- Computer, laptop and/or tablet
- Reliable Internet connection
- Snacks and/or drinks
- Phone
The Internet is a great place to begin your job search. Many employers are using the Internet and social media to find employees. Not to mention, you can apply for jobs from the comfort of your own home, a friend’s house, and most public libraries.
